This code of ethics sets out the fundamental principles that short-term leasing professionals in Mexico should follow, promoting ethical conduct, professionalism and trust in the industry.
Best practices
This code of best practices aims to ensure safety, quality and guest satisfaction, as well as to promote a responsible and professional vacation rental industry in Mexico.
Referral Policy
This referral policy seeks to incentivise and reward the active participation of the association's members in the recruitment of new guests, hosts and property managers, thus strengthening the community and the growth of the vacation rental and short-term rental industry in Mexico.
